The other day I read an article that sugar can exacerbate anxiety. As someone who stuffs their face with desserts when they are feeling anxious, this was an upsetting truth for me to discover. In the last few days, I have started walking when I feel anxious. I know that exercise seems daunting, but I promise that you will feel so much better when it is over. Trade the food for a walk and it will improve both your mental and physical health.
