Experts will disagree, but nights when I am feeling really stressed, it feels good to fall asleep to a Disney show. Hannah Montana has a way of keeping my head from spinning. This week, though, I made a goal to change the TV watching to reading. Instead of stimulating my brain, it will help me go to sleep. It also never hurts to expand my vocabulary! I was thinking of even posting all the books that I read! If this is something you are interested in, let me know!
